How does a mixer dust collector work? The perforated plate (flower board) used to fix the filter bag of the mixer dust collector is set in the upper part of the dust collector box, and there is a nozzle pipe above each row of filter bags, and the nozzle pipe opens a pressurized gas radiation hole (mouth) to the center of each filter bag, and the other end of the injection pipe is connected with the pulse control system composed of pulse valve, control valve, etc. and the compressed air storage tank, according to the regular time or resistance value, according to the automatic control program to stop the pulse jet cleaning.

The filter bag of the mixer dust collector mostly adopts the external filter type, the inside is equipped with a support skeleton, the dust is captured and settled on the outer surface of the filter bag, and in a flash when cleaning the ash, when the high-speed radiation air flow passes through the top of the filter bag, it can induce several times the amount of radiation air, and blow it to the inside of the filter bag together, forming an air wave, so that the filter bag produces sharp contraction and shock vibration from top to bottom, resulting in a strong effect of dust removal. The pulse period can be adjusted, usually from 1 minute to several minutes.

According to the activity direction of pulse injection air flow and purification air flow, the mixer dust collector has three ways: forward spray type, reverse injection type and opposite injection type. The spray type is divided into two air directions, and the clean air is discharged from the bottom of the filter bag after purification: the practice of spraying is to divide the filter bag into two parts, half of which is sprayed in pairs and the other half is sprayed in stream.

When the mixer dust collector is sprayed, the filter bag that is cleaned does not play a dust collection role, because the spraying time is very short, and the filter bag is a row of the first time to stop spraying and cleaning, it is simply possible to regard the dust collection operation as a continuous stop, so it can take a compartment structure to stop offline ash cleaning, and can also stop online ash cleaning without compartment.

The pulse cleaning effect of the dust collector of the mixer is strong, the ash cleaning effect is better, and the filter wind speed can be improved. Its intensity and frequency can be regulated, and the ash cleaning acts on the atmospheric pressure venturi tube structure and whether the jet centerline and the filter bag centerline can diverge. When the filter bag is longer, a better spray installation can also achieve good cleaning results.
